Just wondering if anyone has a problem with no fuel to the intake??? I am told the fuel pump has been replaced and I did a fuel pressure test on it (no fuel pressure)... Anyones help is greatly appreciated as I am trying to get this car

I have a strange issue with my z28, i usually have to try and start my car twice before it starts, and it always starts on the second try. but i found a way around it, i have to turn my ignition to A/C and off again then try to crank it up and it always start that way, my guess is

About 2 years I made a purchase of a 1986 Camaro IROC-Z (305tpi). I wasnt very literate as far as cars go, and since then regret the purchase, but that being said, i still wish to Identify the problem, as I plan on keeping it as a "project car"
