My neighbor has offered to sell me his green 95 convertable for $20,000.  It

On my '03 Z06 the reverse lock-out is not working.  I have checked to see if
it is throwing codes and it is not.  I have put the car up on ramps and
visually checked that the harness is connected to the reverse lock-out

I have a 1997 C5 aupposedly with a leaking gas tank.  Is this common?  The
dealer is quoting around $1400 to replace.  Does this seem (un)reasonable?
