I looking at buying a mid-year Corvette.  There are a couple of specialty
Corvette dealers in the extended Dallas, Texas area.  My question is how to
negotiate the best deal?  Any idea of their markup?  Do the buy problem
Vettes and do quick fixes and resell them at high margins?

Can I put an aluminum water pump on my '60 Vette?  It's got the motor mounts
on the plate between the motor and the pump, so all of the weight is on the
pump bolts.  I was wondering if the weight would be too much for the
aluminum pump to handle.

Hey all, I have a 1974 shark that I am restoring.   I have had quite a
heyday with it, considering all the one-year alterations that were done
during the power crunch & gas shortage of the time, but the 6 year
restoration & scavenger hunt is nearly complete.

need to redo the front and rear suspension on my 76 vette. Anyone know of
any local (Ottawa, ON) or Canadian sources for the composite springs and
rubber bushing kits (that aren't rip off prices), or do I have to order from
the US of A?

Every time I start my car after leaving it for a long period of time (e.g.
overnight), the internal DIC computer seems to reset back to "default"
settings which clears out all the "average" info (MPG etc) and also resets
to KM, DIC to odometer and HUD to temp.

I just ordered a 2 1/2" dual exhaust system for my bone-stock, L48 '76
from Corvette Central.  (No Cats, "Magna-Flow" mufflers).  Should I be
worried about not ENOUGH back pressure now?  Is there anything special
