A story of  one  death.19 Jun 2004 21:25 GMT20
I live in a small Ukrainian town. My husband-Armenian had leaved me
when I already was pregnant. I am a yard man. My salary is about $50
per month. My daughter grew up as a very nice girl in spite of our
destitution. When she was sixteen my daughter went on the lake near

Rebuild of an Edelbrock carb19 Jun 2004 03:16 GMT1
I am going to try to rebuild my Edelbrock Performer carb on my 76 this
weekend.  Any quick suggesions on how to make it easier?  I have the rebuild
kit fron Edelbrock, some carb cleaner and plan to document the whole
process.
Would you rebuild the carb if you were me?19 Jun 2004 02:20 GMT19
As I continue the first phase of restoring my '79 I have decided that my
carburetor is likely in need of some new life.  The car has been stored for
years without being driven.  Considering it was stored with a nearly empty
fuel tank, I seriously doubt the fuel was treated for ...
1984 with a damaged front bumper18 Jun 2004 15:04 GMT2
I just purchased my first corvette. It has been hit on the driver side front
bumper. The frame rail has been bent in front of the front tire (about 5" to
the center of the car), and I am getting conflicting repair strategies. One
shop says cut the rail and weld in a new piece, ...
Plug wires on a C3 35018 Jun 2004 14:48 GMT5
Last night I changed the plugs on my C3.  This morning I am on my back under
the car staring at the plug wires and thinking "oh no."
It looks like the front 4 are protected behind a heat shield.  To make
things worse, it looks like the starter needs to come off to get the shield
'75 trailing arms18 Jun 2004 12:34 GMT8
What's the symptoms of trailing arm failure.  Had this 75 for many years,
but not sure what the status is or should be under there.  I know what can
happen if they fail, but are there any drive sounds/vibrations that predict
failuer?

a unique turn signal swith that is not being manufactured.
Also, is there any way to wire around the switch?
Question: Is this a problem17 Jun 2004 16:20 GMT10
Hey Guys
I've been noticing that when I am rounding corners(on/off ramps) at speed
and if there is a bump in the road my '93 seems to have a noticable shake
in the steering wheel. It's a side to side shudder in the wheel. If you

75 Vette project17 Jun 2004 07:52 GMT6
Yep!!  There it was at the bottom of the differential case...the ever
suspicious retainer ring it is torked like it has some serious pressure
applied to it and then there is just a bit of a gouge to the face of it.
My guess is someone hit a big something in the road, bent the strut. ...
Took the Vette in today17 Jun 2004 02:50 GMT13
After writing this I should say that this is long and I am not asking
any questions. I am just sharing a positive Vette experience from a guy that
is boiling over with Corvette enthuziasim<----spellcheck?.
