C3 Bumper paint question11 Jun 2004 14:51 GMT1
Hi all;
I have an 1980 vette. It's time to paint; Prior to shelling out the $$$$
for a decent paint job, I have purchased a used, perfect rear bumper to
replace the old wavy one. The car is blue and the bumper is white. I am
windows motors11 Jun 2004 02:10 GMT2
For the do-it-yourselfer, whats the easiest way to replace a door window
motor ?  Getting inside the door
looks next to impossible once the inside door panel is removed. Any
suggestions are appreciated
AC cool but not cold11 Jun 2004 00:44 GMT15
I recently had my AC in my 89 converted to non CFC refrigerant and since
then it cools but does not get cold like it used to. Does any one had any
suggestions as to what might be the cause. I've put a new drier and pressure
switch but it didn't help any. My mechanic says it's ...
66 tire size10 Jun 2004 21:51 GMT6
what size radial tire is everyone running? Might have to get rid of the
polyglass but don't want to crack any fiberglass with too big of tires.
Thanks, John
Liquid Glass polish and cleaner10 Jun 2004 12:07 GMT10
Spoke to a guy today who loves this stuff. Said it even hid some surface
scratches. If youve tried Liquid Glass and Zaino..how do they compare ?
How is Liquid Glass for durability ... does it last a long time?
Thanks, Dave

over bigger bumps.  Thanks, John
1986 Corvette - Near Perfect with only 39,900 original KM10 Jun 2004 04:17 GMT24
I am selling a 1986 Corvette with 39,900 original KM.  The car is next to
perfect shape.  I doubt you will find a cleaner vette of this vintage.  The
colour is silver/grey with dark grey leather interior.  If maintained this
car will no doubt hold its value or appreciate in value.  ...

89 rough idle after long driving10 Jun 2004 00:49 GMT20
As most of you know, I just had my rough idle problem solved. I do feel that
after driving the car for a good 2 hours it idles a little rough although
it's not even as close to being as rough as it was before I had my injector
changed, but I still feel it shake. The RPM is pretty ...

Tire size09 Jun 2004 22:56 GMT20
I'm so confused.  The last time I asked here about tire sizes I got a
couple of different answers.  It seems like the more people I ask, the
more DIFFERENT answers I get.  I'm just trying to find out what size
tires I can put on a stock 68 with stock rims.  So far I've heard
dash lights..con't.09 Jun 2004 22:51 GMT1
hokay..more info.  System voltage is not dropping to 2V,
and there is, indeed, a floating ground.  I was grounding to
the shifter plate, and voltage is apparently rising to 10V on the plate,
giving the 2V reading. The plate, obviously, has lost it's ground.

Fuel Gauge09 Jun 2004 18:06 GMT9
I have this strange problem with my 89. My fuel gauge keeps wondering on
it's own. I'll start up the car and it will indicate 1/2, then I'll start it
up again and it will indicate nearly full, then start again & almost empty
and so on. I was wondering if this is related to the ...
