C-6 Sighting12 Jul 2004 01:05 GMT8
Yesterday I saw a real live C-6 here in Sacramento CA in the parking
garage I park in.  It had Michigan plates and was filthy dirty, but it
was an honest-to-God C-6 coupe.
Guys, I need to know a bit more about how cars get released early.  The
Done with American Crap11 Jul 2004 16:12 GMT126
After spending major bucks on a new 02, I've finally given up.
The test drive was exhilarating, but owning the car for a while is a whole
different story.
Nothing but trouble. Back and forth to the dealer, shitty customer service
Research project: Boy/older male relationships11 Jul 2004 16:06 GMT6
Apologies are offered for this off topic post, but it is desirable in
this type of research to solicit respondents from widely divergent groups
which have no particular interest in the subject being investigated.
If you, as a boy, had a willing relationship with a male who was at ...
Top for 89 coupe11 Jul 2004 03:50 GMT3
 Hey Fellow Vette lovers,
Where is the best place to get a good quality top at a reasonable price?
The top I have now is a blue tint(with a somewhat increasing crack).
Have any of you ever had just a fiberglass top? What would be the pro's and
CORVETTE HYBRID10 Jul 2004 13:48 GMT5
Got your attention I know.
I purchased an '04 Cadillac CTS-V Series.  This is basically a CTS
with an LS6 vette engine (400HP) and a manual 6 speed transmition.
Tuned suspension with Brembo brakes and run flat tires.
trailing arm shims10 Jul 2004 06:47 GMT4
I'm getting close to being there again...hahahahahah....fun though.
The new arms came with new shims.....if I put the same number (4) inboard
that were there on the old arms then there isn't enough space to fit all the
remaining (4) shims outboard....hmmmmmm...I read something ...
1974 seat adjustment10 Jul 2004 03:36 GMT10
Does anyone know how to get the drivers seat into a more upright position?
Are there parts involved or is it just an adjustment? Thanks in advance!
Mike

Ping Dad - HVLP10 Jul 2004 02:30 GMT6
Dad:
I'm about to use a HVLP gun for the first time (home project, not the
car).  I'm pretty good with a "regular" gun, but I know nothing about
HVLP.  What pressure should I use?  Anything "special" that I need to
Outer door skin repair.10 Jul 2004 02:16 GMT4
Does anyone know what type of adhesive to use to reattach the outer bottom
door skin to the inner skin on 93 corvette?

tooling up..advice?09 Jul 2004 00:48 GMT8
hokay..my tools are out of date, or strayed.
The vette is bringing me back to the garage (a good thing),
but after welding up an exhaust for my daughters ricer
with a big old Forney stick welder, I've decided I'm not gonna do
Buying my first 08 Jul 2004 15:59 GMT18
I'm looking at buying my first vette .  It's a 1986 restoration project . It
runs and drives solid but needs a new roof panel , hood and interior . My
question is the car worth $4000.00 . Or am i looking at to much in parts to
make it worthwhile .
Advice needed08 Jul 2004 04:33 GMT8
I have a grey interior in my 98 C5 and to be honest I hate grey. So I was
looking for a new carpet kit but have not found one. Therefore my meandering
mind thunk up why not dye the carpet? What do you guys think about the dyed
in the wool approach?
94 vette stereo replacement08 Jul 2004 02:36 GMT4
I was hoping that someone here would know something about installing an
after-market stereo in a 94. I just bought the car and it has an Alpine head
and equalizer that don't work installed. The job was pretty rigged. (duct
tape and screws) Anyhow, I have been looking for a ...
Summer Fun07 Jul 2004 23:03 GMT7
Here's an idea...Let's all be "dave"!  At least in the NG anyway. Or
should I say "DG" to be just like him.  Let's see if we can get his head
to implode (I say "implode" instead of "explode" because I'm sure
there's a vacuum in there).
