Was there a movie once upon a time where a Corvette ZR1 was thrown off a
plane? Speaking of which, a buddy of mine just upgraded from an 89 to a 91
ZR1. It's an awesome machine!!!

1973 corvette07 Jul 2004 06:57 GMT2
I recently replaced the rear mono-leaf spring on '73 vette.  While I was
tightening up the center plate, one of the ears on the back end broke off.
Apparently it had a hairline crack and I just finished the job.  Has that
ever happened to anyone out there?  Is it safe to rely on ...

Where would be a good supplier for the seat cover?

I think I've seen it all06 Jul 2004 11:17 GMT10
When I bought my 78 Coupe a couple years ago, a friend with a 02 Convertible
gave me some advice.  She told me to be careful because everyone on the road
feels they have to try to beat the Vette.  Either in an attempt to outdrive
or race or just to get in front of you etc.  Well, ...

Done With American Classic05 Jul 2004 15:15 GMT3
I've changed the subject to what it probably should have been if I hadn't
been so worked up about it.
I've had my say and enjoyed most of the comments here.
I absolutely did not mean to offend anyone, and if I did I apologize. I'm

89 Synthetic oil in DIFF05 Jul 2004 15:08 GMT4
I'm in the process of changing the DIFF oil in my car. Would it be safe to
switch over to Synthetic oil? Will it require a different Posi Traction
additive other than the GM brand? Should I just go back to the regular
stuff?
Take the "Are You an Idiot Test"05 Jul 2004 15:03 GMT12
Question #1.....Is your name Dave?
If you answered yes...then you're an IDIOT
If you answered no, BUT your name really is Dave, then you lied and
cheated so you're still an IDIOT
Wiper Blade Problem05 Jul 2004 15:00 GMT7
I'm having a little problem with my 96.  When I use my wipers, as the
windshield is cleared and getting slightly dry, the left blade drags
slightly.  I have had it drag enough to be hip by the right blade.  Is there
someway I can prevent this, short of turning them off while there's ...
