| 1993 AC Compressor Clutch Kit? | 15 Oct 2004 00:25 GMT | 9 |
I have a 1993 Corvette and one day while running the AC this blue/whitish smoke started bellowing out of the hood. I didn't know what the problem was, but I managed to get the car home... it was a short drive.

| 93 problem | 14 Oct 2004 23:25 GMT | 7 |
Car runs fine until it warms up, then it dies. Acts like it's starving for fuel. It will star back up, but you have to pump the accelerator, but it will keep dying unless you keep the RPM's up. I'm thinking the MAF sensor. Tried pulling the codes, but they didn't help.

We just lost a neat couple that has had only vette's since 1962 and very active in the area's Vette functions. Decided to post this as there are some Seattle area Vette owners. Leon was active in most ever vette rally in the Pacific Northwest and loved black vette's and thru ...

| Turn Signal Problem | 14 Oct 2004 08:27 GMT | 1 |
I purchased a 2001 about 4 weeks ago. Last night while driving the turn signals stopped working. I assumed it was the fuse, but when I checked it I realized the hazard lights work off of the same fuse and they are functioning fine.

| C-4 Cluster bulbs | 11 Oct 2004 06:27 GMT | 4 |
With a quick google search I came up with #891 halogen bulbs. Haynes doesn't say anything about the cluster bulbs, just says non serviceable. The previous owner or a so-called mechanic stuck 194 bulbs in the thing and duct taped the caps on.

I'm having an intermittent ignition coil problem with the #5 cylinder on my 99 LS1 where I keep setting codes PO305 and PO355. I have replaced the entire bank of coils, the individual spark plug wire and spark plug itself yet the problem doesn't want to go away.

I have an '86 Vette automatic. Over the last year, about once a week, my lights in my dash would go out and come back on in 1-3 seconds. Never long enough to cause any problems and not long enough to find the problem.

I will be looking to purchase a 1999-2001 soon. Upgrading from my 10.5 year daily driver '89 with 150K on it. Looking for an automatic, non-covertible, and want the HUD as well. Hopefully well under 50K on it.
