Any ideas on this problem? The radio gets poor reception and the speakers are popping. Then the radio goes out and hissing and snapping come from the passenger side dash. I disconnected a battery cable and the commotion stopped. I have not re-connected for fear of causing any ...

I have a 1995 with the stock cassette radio and stock speakers, before I go and rip it out and go with an aftermarket CD player I was wondering what all would be involved with changing everything over to a stock Bose system instead. I'm guessing I'd need the Bose in dash CD head ...

I have an '89 Corvette that's in excellent condition, and I'm the original owner. However, the battery keeps dying and eventually I have to replace the battery about every 18 months. The alternator has been replaced so that's not the problem. The car has an aftermarket alarm, but ...

Last spring I had to have the fuel tank removed and the rubber feed/return lines replaced on my '75 model. The shop told me the tank was in excellent shape with hardly a spot of rust anywhere. After the job I noticed that when the tank is full the fuel gauge needle reads way past ...
