I have a '71 Stingray with LS-5 (454) motor and M-21 transmission.  When
driving around, the clutch pedal vibrates.  Also, when the clutch is pushed
in, no shake.  At friction point there's vibration.  When I have the tranny
rebuilt, the shop said it was probably just fingerprint ...

could just merely place a floor jack under the A-frame....pump it
up....remove the lower ball joint..then release the pressure on the
jack, thus lowering the A-frame and the spring dropping with it.

Howdy folks! I found what seemed to be a simple task, according to the
manual, but is anything but. Primary fan replacement. It ther e a trick to
this I'm mising? There is not enough clearance behind the motor from the
frame cross-over in front of the engine. I've wiggled/tilted, ...
