one outright. Also would like a new 35th Anniversary horn ...
2005 Butt Ugly15 Mar 2005 06:15 GMT15
Is GM trying to kill off the Corvette..??? The new 2005 not only has the
same  big a.s look but now has a happy face to go along with it...it appears
that engineers do a great job but that the styling dept is full of
idiots.Only my opinion but compared to some of the other cars ...

I am in search of a yellow convertible C5, 2001 to 2003, low
mileage. From the searches I did, it'll cost around 35 thousand in
general. Since I've never had a Corvette, I would like to get some
feedbacks on what to look when evaluating an used Corvette. Things

Hi, I'm new the group and hoping for some help with my 92 Vette

Need to replace the power brake unit on my '81 coupe.  At first glance it

behind the instrument cluster.  Could anyone tell me if it's any benefit to
remove the intstrument cluster or is my only choice to ...
Am I going to Corvette Hell?13 Mar 2005 20:16 GMT22
I'm having a Greenwood C4R body kit put on my 95 coupe, the one from Mold
Kraft in FL.  Just wondering about how much something like a
paint/installation should cost and about how long (12pc) it should take to

First Ticket In My Vette13 Mar 2005 16:24 GMT16
I was rollin' along on the interstate in the hammer lane being followed
by a newer model Mustang. Actually I was in a bit of a hurry and the
company at 90+ mph was appreciated. So, I approach an overpass and as I
get to it I look left and there the cop was.
How would you improve the Corvette?13 Mar 2005 04:00 GMT18

2.  Retire the LS* and replace with a Northstar/Aurora derivative
3.  Replace the auto with a manumatic shifter
4.  NO convertibles! Just targas and coupes
Newbie gets 1st Vette13 Mar 2005 02:41 GMT1
This one came by word of mouth via a long time Vette owner/collector. A 1987
Coupe, Dark Red Metallic. Z52 equipped. Obviously, an extremely well-cared
for car. For anyone intersted in seeing a picture of the car, here is a link
to it: http://users.rcn.com/redberns/87Vette.jpg

The cruise control on my 85 has stopped working.  I have voltage at the
