Anyone who has made a conversion to a 700R4 please respond to my email,
flyboyf102 if possible or just answer in this forum.  ai need to know
problems, who makes adaptors, kits, etc (if any are needed).  Any info, or
speculation, even heresay is OK as I am going to change my 400 to ...

Every month or so I spend about 4 to 5 hours cleaning off brake dust
off of the rims using a paste cleaner and a couple of rags.
Does anyone have any expereince using any of the " spray on hose off
products "?

I have asked this question before and somehow lost the answer, I am trying
to find out what rear end I have in a 77vette, as I am going to change the
transmission to the 700r4 and must calculate the drive and the driven gears.

I have a 98 Vette. I received a notice from GM the lock on my steering
column was defective and needed to be removed or the wheel might lock up and
accelerate and cause a crash. I took it to the dealer and had it "fixed." It
was fine for a couple of weeks but now my cat will not go ...

Just wondering if anyone has heard of this. My 2005 vette was sitting
in my driveway 62 degrees outside temp for about 20 minutes. I was
cleaning the rear plate frame when the rear window exploded. All the
windows were closed at the time and it made the same sound as if you

Can anyone help - I have a SB 1969 corvette and the wiper door does
not stay closed when I turn the car on. The lights are fine so there
is no vacuum problem there. It's just the wiper door which slowly

I am preparing to do a brake job on my '76 vette (with trepidation). I know
that the bleeder nipples can be an issue as I have read of them being
snapped off. What is the best wat to try to get these guys loose for
bleeding the brakes? A small wrench ? or a socket on top of them? ...

I'm the original owner of a 92 LT Vette w/~20k on it.
Over the years I noticed the ride has not been as tight as when the car was
new.  The dealer tells me the stock Bilistien shocks are fine.  However I am
just getting too much bounce.

my wipers just turn on by themselves. i pulled every fuse to shut them off
but but nothing works. my mechanic is on vacation. anyone else encounter
this
