Just sold my 02 Z06 and bought my 04 CE Z06 with only 1600 miles, yes
1,600 miles.  My dealership claims that it does not have any tsb/recalls
on this model. I thought for sure there was a recall on the steering
colum locking up.  I would appreciate any info on the subject of
HEI Module19 Jul 2005 06:24 GMT4
I was driving my '76 (L48, 4spd) home today and while accelerating from
a stop it cut out for a moment, and then came back to life.  It is
running now, but backfiring a bit through the exhaust, and I can hear a
miss at around 2500 rpm.  It was running great before the cut-out.

I have noticed fluid leaking around the speedo drive area on the tranny
(automatic).  The service manual instructions are simply to remove cable;
remove retainer bolt and clamp; and remove driven gear assy. to replace "O"
ring.  Trouble is that the driven assy.  just doesn't "come ...

Wax or what???15 Jul 2005 04:57 GMT11
I just got back from visiting my brother who has a Lotus 7 Kit car with a
fiberglass body.  Instead of car wax, he suggested I try a product
originally designed, I think, for fiberglass boats and fiberglass above
ground pools - called aerospace 303.  He said it cut through normal ...

CRASH! BMW hits my C4- Questions at the end14 Jul 2005 21:18 GMT12
It was a very nice day for a drive here in SE MI. I was on my way to

posted limit) and jammin' to The Psychodelic Furs (yeah, I'm an 80's
throwback). This BMW in front of me has his R turn signal on. I drop

the story.
