Is it possible to build a complete corvette clone?08 Nov 2005 16:45 GMT5
Does anyone know if it is possible to build a complete 50's or 60's
corvette clone from after-market parts? It seems like most every part
for the cars is available through some channel or the other. I would
like to build one that has a more modern drive train, body
Question:  Leaking Oil Pan Plug08 Nov 2005 15:52 GMT4
I have an '80 with the 350.  I can't seem to get the oil pan drain plug to
completely seal so that it doesn't leak.
I've tried 3 different replacement plugs from different manufacturers.  I've
cleaned the mating surfaces.

Anyone make the leap? C4 to C6? Impressions?07 Nov 2005 23:23 GMT4
I've been driving an 89 C4 A4 for over a decade now as a daily driver.
Gearing up for a used C6 2005 A4 purchase soon.
Either a F55 or Z51 suspension.
Were basically talking a 20 leap in technology.

1) I am going to replace my clutch with a basic stock type kit. I've looked
at Ecklers, Zip, etc. and they all are comprable in price and none list the
manufacturer of the parts. My local parts supplier offered me a Borg -Warner
kit for approx. $40 less and no shipping. How can I ...
1976 Stingray with Daytona kit06 Nov 2005 23:20 GMT19
I was just surfing the web and came across the attached abomination.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, however, IMHO, this car would
rank amongst the most gawd-awful and overpriced cars I have ever seen.
