Hello all.....I drive a 97  and the first mirror to pop was passenger side I
discovered it after work as I headed home , when I hit the gas the mirror
swung in ...I discovered the shaft loose then at home I pllled door panel
and found lock-ring sliped off shaft that secures ...

Decided to go with a different shift knob for my 6 speed C5 and it came in
today. I just tried pulling the key under the shift pattern and it would not
budge. What's the trick in removing it and the knob. From what I recall
reading in my friends manual once that key is removed ...

When my Corvette (coup) gets wet (rain, wash)  the interior dome light
comes on and will not shut off until the affected area drys out.
