Hi all, been lurking for a while learning and rembering, but now I have

Picked up a new 'o6 coupe a couple of days ago and have been flat amazed at
all of the technology that Chevy has thrown into the mix (L3 & Z51). Plus

wider and thicker sway bars, is there anything else? My searches have not
turned up any help.
Thanks,

63 Park brake handle question20 Apr 2006 00:31 GMT2
How does the park brake cable attach to the handle shaft? The end of the
cable is fine, I just don't know which parts are missing to re-attach the
cable to it. The handle came off in my hand when I pulled on it to set
brake. I have a Zip and Corv. Central catalog but I can't tell ...
C5-C6 signal lights19 Apr 2006 22:35 GMT1
I recently upgraded my C5 to a C6 and noticed that the signal light on the
C6 is way to polite!! As soon as you touch the indicator the light flashes 3
times. The old (C5) signal only indicated when you touched the indicator.
Any thoughts on how this can be changed out?

that the alternator gauge "bounces" or moves a lot. When i am running
at higher rpm's the jitter seems to get better but is still there very
slightly. The gauge is always in the plus range but I also notice when

C-5 Seat "covers"?17 Apr 2006 20:38 GMT2
The leather is cracked in my '97 C-5. I was going to take it into the
upholstery shop for repair, then I noticed "seat covers" listed in
Mid-America's catalog. Pricey, but what got me was that they say they
