how to remove 95 corvette roof 09 Apr 2006 19:49 GMT10
I bought an 85 corvette couple with the removable glass roof.  I don't know
how to remove the roof. I did not get an owners manual.  I have torx
wrenches, but I can't believe I need to actually remove two screws on each
side.  Is there a trick?  Help please.  Thanks, Larry
New C5 Tires09 Apr 2006 19:49 GMT20
I recently bought tires from TireRack.com. I wanted to change to the
non-run-flat version of the W rated tire to have a better, softer ride.
Including shipping, the cost was about $600 as opposed to $1,200 for the
Goodyear F1 tires.
Check engine icon09 Apr 2006 01:05 GMT3
A few days ago the check engine icon on my speedometer lit.  The car is
running perfectly, and I have checked any possible malfnction, including
making sure the gas cap is on securely.  This has happened in the past, but
after a while, the light went out.
Cyndy is leading a double life!!!08 Apr 2006 22:40 GMT14
I was getting bored and I decided to click on Cyndy's (Cynthia Delillo)
profile and I see where she's been spending her time. She's been over
in   alt.gossip.celebrities under another name, VetteLova. Now comes
the scary part for Ric - she's been very active in a discussion

but can't turn off. I had to diconect the ground wire on the battery.
The key will not go to the off position and I can't get the key out of
the ignition. Before I take it to the dealer any coments?
financial health of GM08 Apr 2006 17:38 GMT11
While I don't necessarily agree, there are some reports that say GM
may go outa business if certain conditions take place.  Obviously they
aren't doing well right now based on what I read.
What happens to parts for Corvettes if GM goes down the tubes?  If I
1985 Corvette body material08 Apr 2006 06:41 GMT2
Can anybody straighten me out on what the 1985 Corvette body is made of?  I
had an autobody guy tell me that the reason the paint job he put on my vette
keeps producing bubbles is because it is not fiberglass and when sanding it,
they breached a certain skin which allowed air to get ...
cops and corvettes08 Apr 2006 06:06 GMT31
This morning I went to starbucks for coffee. I took my vette out (One
of the two times a week its taken to work). When I came out I saw 2
uniformed cops giving it the walkaround.
I panicked for a second, but then I realized they were just admiring
Looking to buy Question08 Apr 2006 05:56 GMT8
I am looking to buy a 2000 Vette that I found out about in a corvette
forum.  I did a search for the owner's posts and I found this one
reffering to the car he is trying to sell me.

1972 with A/C - Where is the A/C Compressor power connected to the wiring harness??08 Apr 2006 04:36 GMT9
I'm working on the A/C system on a recently purchased 1972 Coupe.  The
power connector 12V is connected to the fuse - the other wire from the
fuse appears to have been cut.  There are 2  cut wires out of the
harness but neither has 12V when calling for cooling.  It's possible
