C5 Coupe weather leak24 May 2006 23:55 GMT2
I've got a C5 coupe that I <shudder> was driving in the rain recently.
I noticed a leak where the sunvisor attaches to the windshield frame.
Not sure if that's exactly where the leak was at, but that's where it
was dripping from.

I am replacing the Bose system on my 90 Coupe; the reason, it stopped working
While the price of the new system and speakers is my choice, are the following also required?
Here's what I am looking at (these I know that it is a matter of preference):

1996 Corvette23 May 2006 11:49 GMT10
I have an intermintant starting problem with my C4.  I have replaced the
battery.  At times, not very often, the car will not turn over.  No sound, no
clicking, but the batter appears to have power as the radio and head lights
will work.  Sometimes jumping with wife's car works and ...

it up on a lift and of course it's the head gasket-- no easy fixes on this
car : )   What do you think that may go for $.  I'm thinking of leaving it
alone for now because I don't lose too much  oil and ...

Convert '75 Auto to Manual?22 May 2006 15:10 GMT6
Hi...I suppose this has been addressed before, but thought I'd throw it out
again: I have a nice '75 with auto....I'm wondering what expense would be
involved in dropping in a 4-speed. I'm aware of what has to be done
Replacinfg front turn signal on C5 corvette22 May 2006 14:36 GMT3
First you need to jack up the car. You may want to remove the wheel but
not nessary. There is a plannel just behind the air dam remome the 3
screws on the bottom and two on the side next to the wheel. Remove
pannel this will give you access to the bulb socket. Twist the socket
C5 Exhaust Modifications21 May 2006 20:56 GMT4
Has anyone heard of a modification to the c5 or c6 that you can remove a fuse
to make the exhaust system bypass the cats?
C3 Parking Brake Adjustment21 May 2006 16:41 GMT19
I need help in adjusting my parking brake on my 1969 vette. I have the
service manual and the assembly manual. I followed the instructions in
the assembly manual on page J191, adjusting the nut near the equalizer
to tighten the cable. The Parking brake holds better, but not like it
Mounting Sirius radio & antenna in a C421 May 2006 03:49 GMT9
Does anyone have experience doing a 'neat' mounting job of a Sirius
radio in a C4?  I have a 92 coupe and currently put the magnetic mount
antenna on the dash - works depending on the direction I happen to be
driving.
Thanks to everyone for the C6 info and finding Monica21 May 2006 03:46 GMT1
Turns out she still works at Maxie Price,  and some guy there didn't want me
to know because he wanted the deal.
"And you can't control what they do out there," NASCAR's Jeff Gordon.  But Jeff, YOU can control what YOU do out there, so stop driving and acting like an idiot already!18 May 2006 00:55 GMT4
That just about says it all about Jeff Gordon.  He is definitely the
pot calling the kettle black!  He is a wimp.  Has been for many years.
And a gay boy at that!
That was all brought to bear for all to see in his recent clash with
Transmission problem17 May 2006 14:14 GMT15
About a year ago or so, I had to replace the transmission mount on the cross
member.  I have a 1977 350/automatic. The mount had ripped itself up, and I
wondered about that.  When I put the new one in, I really had to put some
sideways torque on the shaft to get it over into the ...
