On the car I bought;   what are your thoughts on the following:
1)  I get a good paint expert to go through the paint and touch up anything
as needed (rock pings on nose or whatever)  to get it 100% perfect
2)  Put a bunch of layers of clearcoat with extra brilliant red pearl  over ...

I've got a '65 convertable 327/365....and the front end is
squeeking like...well, a 1965 chevy.  Everything has been
greased, and it's downright embarrasing.  Any Ideas???

Just bought a 92 vette, no owners manual, and the car died and the
"infl rest" light was flashing. The car started  right back up but does
anyone know what caused this? What is "infl rest"?

presure is lower and lower.  While driving the guage indicates about 17 to

Greetings all, I managed to break the visor mirror loose from the visor.
 Seems like all I can find is the $90-100 replacement of the complete
visor.  Anyone have a source for just replacing the mirror assembly? I
just can't bring myself to glue it to the visor.

I was installing a battery disconnect switch on my C6 and even with a
charger connected to the ends of the cables I must have momentarily lost
power. It's really tight working around the neg. battery terminal!
I can reset all of my driver settings but the windows in the door now ...

I just purchased my first Vette! It's a 4+3 85 Targa, and I love it! It's
tight with onlly 55k miles, and only needs some minor items looked into.

Hey, guys.
This is my second C5, I've had both an 03 and an 04 (think I got that
right, 04 being the last of the C5s if I recall). Twice now, the key
has failed to turn in the ignition, and after doing the service dance

My Mother was diagnosed with Cancer and it has spread through her
kidney, liver, lymph nodes and spine... so I've been torn up for the last
few weeks... Got a call today and the Social Worker at the hospital
is suggesting Hospice. She was a CPA and handled all my accounting

I recently over-hauled my 63 SB and had the heads modified to run un-leaded
gas. Will ehtnol work with the current valve/ carb. configs or will it
necessitate another mod.
