I have a 98 C5 coupe and sometimes I have trouble getting the shifter out of
park, well I was gone for 2 weeks and got home and wanted to take the vette
out and started it up and got it warm then tried to put it in reverse and
could not get it out of park, I push the brake and ...

OK I have a problem with the radio.  I put a after market radio into my
car and now I get a hum when the radio gets turned on from the amp.
Anyone have a simular problem and know how to fix it.  My first step I
am gonna try to get a noise reduction for the power wires for the amp

The O/D solenoid in my 4 speed is bad, I have tried all the dealers in my
area (Michigan) plus looked on the internet. Anybody have someone or know of
a parts guy that may have one the may have one stashed. Thanx

My PKE system does not work. The PKE light on the dash does not come
on when I turn on the car. It does not come on after I press TRIP/ODO
twice and then hold FUEL/INFO. The light bulb itself is not burned
out. Every fuse in the car has been checked.

I remember seeing the part number listed on here for the lighter
solenoid spring to fix the hot start problem. Could someone post it?

What's been the going price on R&R of the passenger side mirror?
Mine got trashed in the church parking lot Saturday evening.  I'm
guessing about $ 800 since the C4 mirror was $ 400 back in '95.

I just changed the oil on my 2000, but the gauge still shows 50% remaining life.  The 1990 had a procedure to get rid
of the "change oil" light, does the 2000 Vette have a procedure to reset?
I used Mobil 1 10-30 (synthetic).  I also drove around to see if a sensor has to "pick up" ...

What brand/size should I buy? Mine is toast.

My 1979 vette has working turn signals, but no brake lights. I found

A couple years after painting this car in the late 90's, blisters
started to appear on the DS fender.  The problem got so bad that the car
was sidelined until recently, when it was decided to try and remedy the
paint problem.

I have a plug behind my TAC which doesn't work... However there is a
plug with a bunch of Letters on it that I don't know where it goes does
anyone have an idea based on this vague description?
The Speedo Tac Plug that is connected now is the correct one.
