Hello fellow Corvette owners,
For quite some time I have been lurking in this group reading through the
thousands of posts and flame wars.
I write to you now in need of advice.

Am I correct that "paddle shifters" replace the clutch and stick?  Are
they also available for automatic trans. as well?  
Last, I believe I read somewhere that the 2006 vettes have them but is
this an option or std. equipment?   Thanks.

Well I was busy this summer, Pulled the 327 and Transmission out of the
vette Finally got the tranny rebuilt and Put an MSD 6AL ignition box,
blaster 2 coil and wires  .

my buddy got a quote for $285 to have his egr valve replaced which
seemed high to me. it took me 5 minutes to change one on my Fiord
Exploder. I haven't looked at it yet but I was wondering if replacing
one on a vette was very involved or can it be done pretty easily? tia.

I've had three (3) vettes in my life so I am not exactly clueless on
this sort of stuff; but I am dealing with something that is really
driving me nuts!!!

I have an 86 digital dash that went black. When I disconnect the wiring
harness for about ten seconds then reconnect it and turn the key on
everything works fine for about 15 seconds then goes black again.Just
wondering if its worth trying to change the power supply inside the
