Seems like it would be simple, but how does the shift knob come off? It will unscrew to a point then gets hard. I stop because I'm afraid of breaking or stripping something. Thanks

I changed out my emergency brake handle assembly in my '77. The lever was broken. Anyways...when I took apart the console I found this filter thingy laying inside. It appears to have fallen in the counsole along with some spare change. My question is, is this a Corvette part?.. ...

I have a 1999 Corvette and only 26000 miles of the car. I have been told that the coolant becomes gunky if it is not run more. I don't drive it to often but keep it well maintained. Has anyone heard of this issue with coolant? Chirs Canyon@hughes.net

On my Mighty Demon 800 carb, ive got 2 sets of idle air bleeds and 2 sets of high speed air bleeds. Im wondering under what conditions the air bleeds need changing ? What would be the indicators that the idle air bleeds need enlargening , and, same for the high speed air bleeds ?
