GM Scan tool25 Feb 2005 06:23 GMT8
I was fortunate enough to pickup the shop service manual for my 2004
Malibu Classic on eBay for next to nothing.
Many of the troubleshooting procedures involve attaching a scan tool to
diagnose problems or change settings.

99 Malibu gas gauge 22 Feb 2005 16:06 GMT2
Recently my gas gauge started going back toward "full" when the tank is a
little less than half full.  I'm not confident that I'll reset the 'trip
meter' 100% of the time at fill-ups. I also worry because I suspect this
problem will not let the "low fuel" idiot light work.  What's ...

1998 Malibu ABS Dash Light On20 Feb 2005 19:49 GMT4
Okay here's a question for the crew. Is anyone aware of specific problems
related to the ABS brakes on this model that would allow for a constant
ABS dash light to be on. I tend to suspect the wheel speed sensors or
plugs as they are so exposed to the elements and the wiring going ...

Hey guys, I have a '99 Chevy Malibu with the 3.1L V6 engine, and it's just
got a little over 60,000 KMs.  I was wondering what type of gas mileage I
should be getting in the city and on the highway.  I just figured out my
mileage on my last tank and I got 12.3 MPG.  Now, that ...

I need my windshield replaced, found a company that comes to my place to do
it, is that a good idea?  it is winter and the temperature is just around
the freezing mark, would that be a problem with the kind of adhesive used to
do the job?

Malibu ram-air hood17 Feb 2005 12:35 GMT12
Anyone know of a malibu ram air hood for the 2002 malibu or similar years.
I saw a posting on yahoo group with 1 pic in the group.  No one knows where
it came from or who makes it.  The hood resembles a firebird ram air hood,
