Peculiar problem.  Metalish clanking & Clicking noise coming from silver
part at front left of engine.  The serpentine belt runs around it.  If I
switch the air from outside to recirc then there is a whoosh noise and the
clanking stops.

I bought the coils packs and replaced them. I put the original spark plugs
