Would like some advise on what could be the problem with my malibu its
leaking water and im pouring atleast 2-3 gallons of water in over-flow
every 2-3 times weekly,thermo-stat has been replaced and no leak in
radiator its leaking above the thermostat housing

Well, my car just got out of the shop from having both intake manifold
gaskets replaced.  Fortunately, I found the problem only about 1 1/2 months
ago, so they haven't been leaking all that long.  However, in the process of

It seems like my headlights come on everytime I stop under a tree,
then they never go off.  Is there a way I can take the sensor on top
of the dash out?  If I do this will the DRL still work?

On both my 07 Malibu SS models, I've noticed that the temperature
guage reads in the top third of its travel; between half and the
bottom of the hot zone.  Would it be better to have the thermostats
changed to a cooler temp?  On the regular malibus I drive, the temp

A month or so ago I had the thermostat replaced after a breakdown on
the side of the road.  Ever since I've had it changed my car is
running hot.  I mean, the heat is oppressive.  I took it back and
explained what was going on, they checked the thermostat, said it was

Well, before I bought this car, I had done my reasearch and knew they had
problems with the intake manifold leaking coolant.  But, I was also under
the understanding that this problem usually showed up ~100,000 kms.  My car
has around 285,000 kms, 3.1L V6.  So I assumed this ...
