My 92 Chevy Z71 Defroster is not coming on.. The floor, bi level, heat works fine but when I press the defroster button warm/any air does not come out of top dash. One time after about 10 min it come on..

I'm having a lot of trouble with the passlock system in a '00 suburban that's out of warrantee. Does any one have advise or experience using a bypass device such as the PL-DATA-II or PLGML that are marketed for use with remote starters? Thanks in advance.

hey ya all. I'm thinking about replaceing the Universal joints on my S-10 pick up, 2 wheel drive, it has 5 of them. Two at the yoke on the axle, two near the carrier bearing, and one near the tail shaft on the transmission. Is there any special way that I should go about doing ...

pretty sure i am gonna have to replace my carb so i am looking for recomendation for a new carb for my truck. I have a 1976 350 4x4 1/2 ton pickup. does have an eldebrock intake on it, but other than that stock motor that was rebuilt about 90,000 miles ago not too concerned

Has anyone tried using 10w-40 in the '02 and up 8.1L engines to see if they still use a quart every 1K miles? My '02 in consistently using 1 qt. every 1K miles, especially when doing more towing of our 32' fifth-wheel. Just added another quart this weekend

My '93 Burb has 200,000 miles on the origional 5.7, The tranny was replaced at 186,000, new fuel pump @ 190,000. Is it still in very good condition overall. The 5.7 does not burn any appreciably oil, but is getting a little sluggish.
