My Suburban has had an intermittant stalling problem for about 2 months. I have replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump relay, cap, rotor, plugs, coil, crank pos sensor. Checked the battery connections. Also did some other 100k miles maint listed in the manual.

Anybody own one? Looking for a new 1/2 ton crew cab. Nissan and Ford seem to be the best of the options out there. Hate to park one of those next to my 91 Silverado though, but the GM versions seem an afterthought.

89 S10 Blazer 4.3 4x4 Applied park brake this afternoon and now it will not release. Right now it's all the way in and it will not release. Have not ever worked on brakes, any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Wondering if anyone else has had a bunch of problems with these trucks or do I just have a lemon ?? It's a 2002 with 6.0 liter engine, 12000 miles, engine knocks, rear end noise, lots of ABS problems, now doors won't lock and key reminder chimes

I am about to switch from BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A to Canadian Tire Roughrider M+S and i am wondering if this is a good idea? I know the M+S are a more aggresive tire but they are much cheaper $160 compared to $230 and living in Edmonton anymore snow grip is good.

I have a 99 1500 Silverado with a minor blinker problem. The right turn signal works properly, but the left turn signal blinks at 2x the rate it is supposed to. I tried (Just for kicks) replacing the fuses for the left turn signal in the box under the hood and it did nothing. Same ...

is there a convertion for Geo tracker so i don't have the lock out hubs...... because wth the lock out hubs i'm limited with what kind of rims i can put on it. I want to put 17" Chrome spinners if they will ft 7 spinner whees don't have large centers.

Thanks to good advice I received from Marsh Monster, Brian Onion, and others, my transmission is working again. I wound up sending the tranny to a specialty shop for a rebuild. It is now reinstalled, and works better than before I fried it.
