My 2000 5.3 engine has a whistle at about 2,000 rpm. Does this sound like a manifold leak or what. Maybe a fanor pulley? What's the groups best guess. Miles - 35,000

Does anyone have any idea where the warning chime(s) are for the "key in ignition" and "headlights/parking lightes on with key out of ignition"? I cannot locate the chimes nor can I find it on the wiring schematic. Where is it at?!!? I have a 1994 GMC k1500 4X4 350 AT.
