My 1999 Sonoma has about 80K miles on it. Tranny is 5-speed manual, uses GM synchromesh transmission fluid (i.e., not gear oil.) No problems with the transmission but still I am wondering if that fluid should be changed. Owner's manual says that, unless you have been

my 93 silverado sportside has a K&N air filter in it. How do I go about cleaning it before putting it back in the truck again? I bought an AC DELCO one to replace it while I clean it.

Battery slowly goes dead in my 92 full-size. I don't drive it that often, gas ^ $$$$, that probably doesn't help. Isn't there a trick with a multimeter to where I can check if the battery is draining? Guess I'd have to pull the light bulb out of the hood before I checked. TIA dino

I am attempting to replace the power steering pressure sensor (variable assist Power steering) on the back of the Power steering pump. I cannot locate the part anywhere! Chevy says that I need to buy the pump from GM in order to get the part.

My '88 K1500 Sportside has the 305cid TBI and currently has 258,000 mi. on it and runs really well. There is a puff of smoke at initial startup after sitting overnight, I figured it is probably valve guides. Not a real issue at this point in time.

I just replaced my lower intake gaskets. I now have a problem with the timing. I made marks when I pulled the Dist and tried to stab it back as best I could. When I got it all back together it started right up and runs great. When you put it in drive and ease into the throttle
