Upon an initial start(most of the time), the engine spits & sputters like its starvin' for fuel and usually stalls, after the re-start it drives around just fine. Fuel filter? Fuel pump getting weak? Just guessing... Thanks,

The other day my sons GMC pickup wouldn't start. Turns out the starter as loose. Usually no problem but the short bolt hole (the one on the out side) is stripped out. It is a 95 4 cylinder 5 speed.

I'm back. I had heat (see former post - NO HEAT) for about 3/4 days after reversing the hose that goes to the heater core input (output went into a container)...then it was back to the way it was before, blowing air

Could a bad shaft seal on the distributor cause the PCV value to pull air in the dist? I am having trouble with caps and rotors. They last about two months. It acts like there is moisture in the cap. Kevin

Most of the time, my '85 K5 Blazer with 6.2L diesel starts just fine. A little slow and rough on cold mornings, but most of the time it is fine. But it seems that the last 3-4 months, if I say for instance drove my truck on Friday for a few errands, and then didn't try to crank it ...

saw the bladder tank on trucks this afternoon. BUT didnt catch the website, did anyone see it? the bladder tank is the one you put in back of truck and fill with water to give you added weight in back of truck for slippier driving,

The first two shifts, from a stand still or already moving, seem to go in rather rough, lift a firm , quick, jolt. I ve taken it to the dealer twice, once they overhauled it, then the second time the reset the module, yet the problem is still present. So what may be the problem?
