driving lights recommendation05 Dec 2004 09:46 GMT4
I just bought a 95 GMC and it has rectangular holes (stock, not cut in) for
driving lights. Does anyone have recommendations for driving or fog lights
(or better, a combo) that would fit a GMC properly?
Thanks.

My truck is an '04 Sierra 2WD 5.3L, 4L60E, 3.73 gears.  The only add-on is
an Edelbrock Cat-back exhaust.  I just got back from a trip from South
Central Texas to Northeast Louisiana and back.  According to the on-board
"computer" I averaged 20.4 MPG and figuring it "the old ...

I just wanted to thank Searay for helping me out. I'm in a pretty tough
spot at this time and I posted asking about Chevy 4x4 parts, he happened to
have what I needed and sent them to me at no charge.
The past 6 months or so I've been fighting cancer and I haven't had a
Tool J38778    Door trim pad and garnish clip remover04 Dec 2004 14:22 GMT2
I need to find the above referenced tool or equivalent to remove the
door panels on my van. another tool could probably be used if I had an
idea what the thing looks like. I can probably get it from Chevy but
would rather try the net. Coming up dry there from the usual sources.
91 K1500 sagging?04 Dec 2004 13:24 GMT3
the old girl has also developed a sag to the driver side.  When looking at
the truck, on level ground, it has a noticeable lean to the driver side.
I know its fairly common on high mileage vehicles for the rear leafs to get
tired and sag, and I suspect this is the case.  But my ...
What the hell was that noise????04 Dec 2004 03:42 GMT9
Hey all, I have a 1992 S-10 Blazer 4x4 with the 4.3 litre and auto tranny.
This evening I was changing the front brake pads and decided to spray some
carb cleaner in the intake and let it soak while I changed the pads. When I
went to start the truck it ran rough (no suprise there ...
89 S-10 4.3 fast idle issue04 Dec 2004 01:26 GMT1
Maybe someone knows the answer to this off the top of there head...  I
thought I read somewhere that there is some kind of "module" that runs
the engine at fast idle for around 15 seconds when the truck is
started cold and then lets the idle slow back down.  Most of the time
leaking heater core.04 Dec 2004 01:23 GMT1
the last few weeks I have been smelling antifreeze when I have the
heater on.  Yesterday I checked, and the radiator was low on fluid.
I've never seen a puddle under the truck, so I'm thinking that it is the
heater core that has a leak (most likely a pressure leak).  How

What's a 350 V8 worth?03 Dec 2004 13:31 GMT1
Hello all...
I have finally found a truck to use as a source of parts for my beloved '84
GMC. It's a "wreck" that was left to die where the bed gave it up and came
apart. I've been told that it runs and could move if the tires were aired
tach problem03 Dec 2004 04:04 GMT4
Put remote start on my truck the other day and now my tach quit working.
Removed the remote start but still no tach.  It is the factory tach also.
All other gauges work fine.  The truck is a 94 1/2 ton 4x4 Chevy (of
course).  Any ideas or suggestions?
