I have an 04' 2500 HD 6.0 According to my window sticker,and other papers,I have an engine heater.I just can`t find the cord. The one on my 97' was really hidden. Does anyone know what side it would be on? Towards the front or back?

1979 K5 = rot box, but the frame is actually quite nice and a good deal of it has been covered with marine paint. 1985 K5 = rot box, but not completely gone like the '79. But the frame isn't *that* great, although better than my 1990 GMC V1500 Jimmy.

I have a ?91 Scottsdale, 4.3L, and the heat is always on. I can move the controls from cold to hot, a/c to vent, or whatever and all I get is heat. Even with the controls in the off position, hot air comes through to my feet. Any ideas? Thanks.

Does anyone have an air lift on there truck? I am looking for a 3 to 4 inch lift. I have heard some good things about air ride systems, but the majority are designed for slamming, not lifting. Any advice, suggestions?

85 Silverado: I was putting a new ignition switch on and I was being real careful not to move the rod too much (obviously no careful enough) but the rod just fell off and judging from the connector on the other end it really isnt bolted
