This has happened twice once in the heat of summer and yesterday cool
in the 30s , neither time did we see it happen we just went out to the
truck and it was all cracked up. Just a regular window no defroster on
it.

Help! I have a '91 Suburban and the rear (as in the tail of the car,
not the back doors) door will not open. It's one of the side-by-side
models, and the button on the door handle popped out. Now I cannot open
the door. I have reinserted the button, but it does not re-engage

within the last month I went from having all 4WD choices, to having only 2HI
and 4LO, and now, all I have is 2HI. anyone know what that might be? PCM?

instead of a FRAM if you are seeing low oil pressure at idle.  I have a
1987 2.8l that runs 40-60 when cold and 20-40 depending on RPMs when

start in it for those cold & snowy mornings here on the East coast.  My
question is: The dealer can do it for $389 or I can have my

i have a 1999 chevy silverado w/6.0 liter and when the engine is cold the
voltmeter will drop and the light will dim when ever i accelerate or press
the gas pedal. this only happens when the engine is cold.  any advice?

I recently had the brake pads replaced on my 2001 Silverado.  The
brakes work fine except for the ABS feature.  The ABS kicks in at low
speeds on dry non-slippery surfaces, making it difficult to stop at
low speeds.   They work fine above 2-3 mph.  What could cause this.  I

Truck is a 97 Express Van with a 5.0l vortec and auto trans
The truck runs crappy and misses and the Service Engine light comes on
randomly, seems to happen in humid conditions, although Van is garage kept.
The Problem comes and goes.....

The manual shows several special tools needed to press out and in the
bushing and ball joint in order to replace the upper control arm
bushings.  Can this be done with the more common DIYer tools, like a

I have a 03 chevy  4door diesel and I pull a 26 foot enclosed trailer with
brakes.  On the 7pin factory connector should there be 12 volts (on the pin
just right of the top center) from the battery on the truck?  I was told
that this ensures 12 volts to the battery of the trailer ...
