Sorry about the huge question, but:
Bought a 5.3L 4x4 Tahoe, and I average no more than 12MPG around town.
I made a trip down to South Carolina, hauling only myself, and got
about 17.5 @ ~75.  Is this normal?  I know that this thing weighs more

1988 S15 Jimmy tuneup?17 Mar 2005 01:43 GMT11
Just picked it up.  Recently had a fresh O2 sensor and coolant temp sensor
thrown on it.  Has 300,000 KM on it, original engine.
Starts reasonably well - spits when its very cold outside.  But when fully
warmed, the in-gear idle is pretty rough and the truck exhibits an off-idle

Trailblazer durability query16 Mar 2005 13:39 GMT3
Been thinking about a newer vehicle for the wife. She has a '94 SBlazer
now. We have looked at newer SBlazers but she doesn't like them much. So
we looked at a 2002 LS Trailblazer just because it was there. I will say
it does ride better in the rough than her 94. It has 28K on it ...

Is this the place for Tracker 4x4 questions and info?
If so, can anyone tell me how to turn off the headlights on a 2001 Chevy

GM steering clunk15 Mar 2005 05:51 GMT5
Took my '03 Sierra into the dealer a while back and asked them to check out
a clunking sound I could feel in the steering wheel when turning.  They said
it was a known problem with the steering linkage (or something) and they
would have to order a part and that they would contact ...

Just got a new Chevy Silverado 4x4. The dash computer says "DRIVER 2",
and keeps track of hours run, trip miles, and odometer. I don't have the
option with GPM, separate trip odom for two drivers, oil life remaining,
etc. I suspect that the computer that they use has all of these ...
