How do I siphon gas from Chevy S-10 pick up06 May 2005 14:21 GMT14
I am trading in the truck and it has a full tank of gas and I woulg like to
take it out and put it in my other cars. I can not seem to get the hose
down into the tank, it seems to hitting on something any ideas on what is
happening.

I need to sell my blazer. it is a 1972, 4x4, 350 (low miles on motor),
lifted, new clutch and is in pretty good shape...but it needs a transfer

Have a 88 chevy van. Had to put new brake lines on. Now can't get the
bleeders loose to bleed out front brakes. Any ideas on how to get them
loose without twisting off.  Thanks

When I turn my Blazer hard one way or the other there is significant
resistance from the front end. The tighter the turn the more
resistance. If I accelerate in a straight line and then select neutral
and turn to the right or left the truck will act like the brakes are

2002 Suburban, 2 WD. I was told the garage replaced two U joints, and are
charging me $300. Is this about right, or am I getting taken? My brother
in law is a mechanic and says the latter.

This winter my heater's blower began to intermittently stop,
sometimes coming back on by itself in a few seconds, sometimes in a

I have a 74 LWB truck.  My son was driving it while in college.  He
called today and said the transmission went out.  The truck is
currently parked at his work.  I did get him to figure out it was a
turbo 350, but forgot to find out if it's a long tail or short tail.

I'm lookin for a locking gas cap for my 2000 chevy silverado pickup and for
my brother's 1997 chevy K-1500 pickup.  I've already checked out
Summitracing, Jegs, and JC Whitney.  They all had nothing.  Does anybody

With AC off, it idles well at 500 rpms in gear.
If I turn on the AC, at times the RPMs will drop to 250rpms, studder, then

Fan works, A/C works but cannot change air temp. The temp control is an
electrical pot and seems to be ~ 10K and looks like it is ok. What does
this pot send a signal to?
