I've just built an engine and want to be sure its oiling correctly.  I
primed up the engine and was able to hold 15psi using my drill and an old
distributor shaft.  I'm not getting oil out of my pushrods.  Is 15psi enough

I just got an oil change on my 2000 Silverado 4x4 and as always Goodyear
says it needs something: an axle seal going into my wheel.  They say it
leaks and will cost $100 to fix.  
A second independent mechanic says it would be around $750-800 at the

I looked at a 94 S-10 extended cab, V6, auto, ps, pb, ac.  The engine
has water in the oil so will need to be rebuilt either partially or
fully.  The truck otherwise seems in good to excellent shape at
109,000 miles.  A engine rebuilder says he can do a rebuild for $2300

I need instructions on next step to replace fule pump, as of now i
have the straps holding tank loosened and wireing harnes un done, NOW
