What would you folks think it would cost to remove four tires; and mount them and spin em on new wheels? Just got four new wheels and need them mounted and spun. Just curious as to what it might cost. 25 bucks a tire? Or more do you think??

I have a 2wd 2002 2500HD Duramax w/ Allison transmission. Lately I've noticed the rear end seems to bounce a lot, even on flat smooth road. Not really bad, just like going over bumps in the road, but there's no bumps. Any idea on what this could be?
