SPECS of Sensors01 Sep 2005 00:03 GMT6
I have a 94 chev 1/2 ton 305 TBI that is failing the emission tests. Any
info on the sensors, ohms readings or voltages would be appreciated for
the EGR solinoid, the ohms for each injector, and anything else that would
cause a VERY rich mixture in the TBI. Knock sensor tests ok ...
Boilin????31 Aug 2005 23:40 GMT3
When I turn off my truck it sounds like something is boiling.  It
seems to me that it is coming from the exhaust pipe right around the
passenger side of my truck.  Anyone have any ideas.  Also sometimes my
ac will just stop running all of a sudden out of no where.  Maybe
brake pedal too hard31 Aug 2005 23:40 GMT2
my chevy s-10 blazer(4.3 ltr.) brakes just got real hard to push, with very
little power. I looked into replacing vacuum hose and check valve, but it
comes up as "not necessary" or N/A. Is it probably the booster???
Front Defrential Problem 97 K150031 Aug 2005 23:31 GMT1
The passenger side bearing on the front deferential of my 97 K1500 seems to
be going out.  When I rotate the passenger side front tire (after freeing up
the disk brake) I can hear a grumble and when I fell around, it seems to be
coming from the end of the extension tube on passenger ...
Silverado 1500/Towing Harness31 Aug 2005 23:15 GMT3
I'm picking up my 2005 Silverado today.. After the test drive I looked
near the back bumper to make sure it was wired for towing and I saw the
wire bunched up under there but forgot to see if it had a connector or
if it is just bare wires.  Do these trucks usually come with a
Cap Installation instructions needed.31 Aug 2005 19:55 GMT1
Just bought a used Century fiberglass truck cap.  Trying to find
detailed installation instructions.  Yes, it seems like a no brainer
but I'm sure there are accepted "correct" procedures for installing a
cap. I would also appreciate information on the wiring necessary to add
'81 Custom Deluxe V6--230 cu.in. ?31 Aug 2005 12:16 GMT5
May be looking at a '81 Custom with a V6 that's supposed to be around
230 cu.in., does this sound about right on the size?
The guy said it has a 'four in the floor', but keeps going on about some
overdrive non-sense... they did have 4-speed sticks that yr, correct?
stinky AC31 Aug 2005 11:16 GMT7
How do I get rid of the horrid smell in my air conditioner?!  I've tried
changing the cabin air filter, but that didn't help at all....may have made
it worse.

Truck Bed Liners30 Aug 2005 07:10 GMT5
Can anyone give me advise on the best truck bed liner?  I know this is
a little out of the ordinary but we have a 25 year old Terry 5th wheel
camper that is absolutely beautiful on the inside but leaks like you
wouldn't believe.  I've tried the kool seal etc with no luck.  I'm
lockable Tonneau and ladders on silverado30 Aug 2005 04:42 GMT3
Hello - is there such a thing as a lockable Tonneau / ladder rack
combination for a Silverado? I have a 2000 Silverado ext cab flare side. I
do not think I want a cap due to storage issues when I am not using it.
How do you handle bed storage security on trips? Things like chain ...
Silverado 1500/Wire Routing30 Aug 2005 04:38 GMT3
I will be picking up my new Silverado 1500 on Monday.  I have to route
some antenna wire (XMRadio and GPS receiver antennas) out the back of
the cab somehow.  What is the lowest profile way to get these antennas
out and on top of the cab?    The truck will be a lease so I can't

Rough running 93 Blazer.29 Aug 2005 22:46 GMT2
We have a 93 S10 Blazer with a V6 that started running very rough. The
mechanic tossed money at it in the form of new plugs and wires.  It didnt
help in any way. The cat convertor has been checke and is clear.  It has
about 115K miles.  He THINKS it might be a gasket or injectors ...
