I've had my blazer for about 3 years now, and the only major problems I have had was from the fuel injectors, but now I run only BP or Mobil gas through, and havn't (knock on wood) had a problem in about a year! But now A slight/small transmission leak (3 drops every time I park)

Where is the oil filter and oil drain plug located on a 2003 Chevy S10 Pickup? I've read the oil pan, but I'm not a mechanic and don't know where that is. Thanks

04' 2500 HD 4x4 extended cab 6.0 12,500 miles. Took my first road trip since new. 14.71mpg @ 70mph w/ac. I thought that was pretty damn good.

I have a lifter knocking and I am assuming that it is a collapsed lifter. If my assumption is correct, should I replace a whole side, both sides or just the bad one? Thanks,

any tips on replacing the pitman arm on a 1993 k1500 extended cab? does the nut that holds the arm on require a special wrench? what size? is it necessary to pull the steering box to get to the pitman arm?
