79' chevy blazer engine change with a 79' 350 camero problems.24 Aug 2005 04:39 GMT3
I recently changed an engine from a 79 Camero into a Chevy blazer. The
engine was used and sitting in a carport for 8 months or so. I didn't think
they would pull an engine unless it was going strong. And they swear that it
didn't smoke at all when they pulled it. But when I put it ...

I was wondering if anyone has installed a Flo Pro #2504 Muffler(dual in and
out muffler to replace a stock muffler) in a 6.0 Chevy Silverado(2004).  I
installed a Magnaflow #12599, a few months ago, and it sounds great, but has
too much noise in the cab.  I read where the Flo Pro ...

The must have OPTION23 Aug 2005 13:59 GMT2
If your buying a new chevy pick up, the best $15.00 you can ever spend is
the spare tire lock! (It uses your ignition key)
No more keys to loose or chain to mess with!
Also don't you think it is soo funny that a cassette player  is now a
Loose steering column23 Aug 2005 12:50 GMT5
I have an 88 Chev K1500 that was stolen a couple of years ago. The

I had it rebuilt and now the column is loose, not at the steering wheel,
but at the shift lever..moves up and down. How do I tighten it up?? ...

I recently found my project truck that I've been searching for the last 2-3
years.  I'm now trying to get everything functioning as it should.  My
current project is the heater.  The truck is a 1972 GMC with a 350 small

2004 Silverado A/C self diagnosis and fix23 Aug 2005 00:07 GMT4
One day about a month or so ago I started my 2004 Silverado and the A/C
didn't work. I could only get hot air out of it. I had a 120 mile drive
ahead of me and it was late Friday. I turned the A/C on and off several
times and that did nothing. I pulled to the side of the road and ...
Newbe 4 x4 question22 Aug 2005 23:44 GMT17
My wife just picked  up a 2001 Jimmy with the 4 wheel automatic option.
I have no idea when she should switch from 2Hi to 4Auto or to 4Hi.
This truck is only used in the city or hiway. I can not imagine it ever
going off road.
