2001 Trail Blazer
My brake lights have quit working and was wondering if anyone can help
me get them to work again.
I have checked the fuse  and the blubs.

1st gear seems a bit whinny and lack in power. At times it will shift
hard between 1st and 2nd and others it shifts fine. The hard shifts
seem to occur more fequently when accelerating from a stop letting off
the gas some, (1000 to 1500 rpms)  then trying to accelerate again.

it has auto trans, when i shift in to 4wd it seems to go in with ease but
doesnt work and the linkage seems ok. i dont have locking hubs. could a
hub sensor have gone bad or maybe the hubs need to be cleaned.
