| Tahoe Air Conditioning - No Electricity to Compressor | 14 Aug 2005 17:46 GMT | 3 |
My 1998 Tahoe is having an A/C problem. Have determined through using an Ohm meter that neither the high side electrical feed or the low pressure switch is getting any current. I have replaced the A/C Relay Switch and the 10A fuse. Both of those are hot when tested.

| fuel filter | 14 Aug 2005 15:35 GMT | 2 |
I think I got some bad gas, now the engine sputters and doesn't have a smooth idle any more. It was recommended to replace the fuel filter. I bought one at autozone, but I don't know where to find the fuel filter on my truck to replace it. I drive a 1999 chevy silverado 5.7L ...

| Fuel problem on 4.3 TBI | 14 Aug 2005 12:32 GMT | 2 |
I have a 93 GMC with 4.3 TBI engine. 2 nights ago, it died on my way home, acted like it was out of gas, but I still had a quarter tank. I put 5 gallon in it just to verify that it did have fuel, but it still wouldn't start. If I put a little fuel down the throttle body, it ...

| Puzzling junkyard engine | 14 Aug 2005 04:12 GMT | 7 |
I've got an engine from a junkyard that they said had around 70-80k miles on it. I didn't get the VIN until I picked it up and CarFax said it was from a '92 C2500 that was salvaged in '04 with 226k miles. I called the yard and ragged on the guy because of this and he said his ...

I've got a '93 3/4 ton Chevy pickup with the 4L80E trans. ~200,000 miles on it and still shifting fine. I hope to keep this truck a very long time and I've already found a rebuildable engine for it. I have a chance at a 4L80E trans. with only 1800 miles on it for a good price and ...

| 1996 S-10 4 cyl ignition problem - can I swap 1/4 and 2/3 coils? | 13 Aug 2005 20:21 GMT | 3 |
My '96 Chevy S10 began to run rough and the "check engine soon" light came on. I replaced the plugs and have the same trouble. Three of the 4 plugs look the same, signs of use, but the #2 plug looks like it hasn't fired for a while. Sure enough, I get no spark from the #2
