starting my truck takes too long?14 Sep 2005 15:40 GMT6
My 97 Z71 (350 vortec) truck takes about 5 seconds to start. I was told
this could be the fuel pressure regulator. It is a silver cannister a
little over an inch round and tall. Am I on the right track and where is
this located?

I have a older carb chevy V/8, I understand there is a closed loop
system and a open when it comes to what valve covers to use. I
currently have the valve covers that have the large breather that vents
to the air cleaner and also a PCV Valve. I seem to be using a large

rear end interchange info13 Sep 2005 17:44 GMT16
The 1995 Blazer s10 I recently purchased (4.3 V6, 4WD, auto) has a sheared pinion gear.
I'm guessing it would be cheaper for me to just swap out a used rear end than have a
specialty shop set me up with a new gear and posi assembly.  What rear ends will
interchange with my '95?

2003 Silverado Driving Lights13 Sep 2005 02:57 GMT5
One of my driving lights has burned out.  I opened the hood to replace the

fromt he rear.  However, I couldn't squeeze my hand into the hole properly
and couldn't grip the bulb housing with enough force to ...

I have an 1988 GMC Jimmy 2.8l and the water pump went out on it. I really
