Hello, the vehicle is a 1993 Chevy 1 ton diesel 6.2 (non turbo) with
4L80E electronic overdrive transmission. The last few weeks I heard a
grinding noise each time I started the truck but I thought it was the
starter.

I have had water in my gas tank. To fix the problem I have dropped and
drained the tank, put a new starter on, replaced the spark plugs and
wires,replaced the fuel injectors, fuel meter, air filter, fuel filter,
oil filter, changed the oil, and put gas in.. the truck will NOT start. ...

I've been troubleshooting a friends truck.  We completely rebuilt the
top half of the engine.  Rebuilt heads, new cam, new timing chain,
lifters, etc.  It still has an issue with timing.  We tried a new and
swapped back to the old tps, map, iac sensors.  The new ones didn't

I have a 97 Suburban, the high pressure hose line on the power
steering has been leaking.  I removed the old hose, installed a new
hose, refilled the pump, and now I can't turn the steering wheel.  I
tried removing the new hose and nothing is coming out of the pump,

i got a 81 chevy luv truck. my dad and isaw this web page and it was a
v6 we think it is a 2.8 litter v6 so we wont to put one in it and see if

Can only drive about 1/2 hour then engine gets hot and runs at about 210,
then starts to idle rough, engine starts to knock, then completely stalls
out          I think it is timing chain or fuel pump  
I could use some feedback if you agree or have any other ideas
