I have a 94 Chevy with a 6.5L turbo diesel with 210,000 miles.  It has
a rather heavy hesitation when running at highway speeds (55mph) and
under slight acceleration.  A lot of stuff has been posted about
problems with the fuel solenoid driver that sounds similar to what I'm

87 GMC Sierra 1/2 ton 4x4 Question18 Nov 2005 01:39 GMT1
My question concerns the replacement of the front locking hubs on a POS GM
10 bolt.    There seems to be 3 major manufacturers of front hubs, Mile
Marker, Warn and Superwinch.   Mile Marker and Warn offer two levels of hubs
and Superwinch only one.   I am interested to know the ...

Are the stock TBI intake manifold bores feeding a common plenum chamber or
does each bore feed four intake runners?
Question is raised as our 'burb is under performing these days (no pulling
power on hills Canadian Rockies around 4000 Ft asl).

I need to install a brake controller on my 95 suburban, which has a tow

Re-index ingnition switch?17 Nov 2005 11:28 GMT3
What does it mean to "re-index an ignition switch"? Is this just a
matter of disconnecting the ignition switch plug with key and turning
the aperture so it is in the right position? I told them it should take
all of 30 seconds if that was the case, but they insisted it needed to
Redundant Systems17 Nov 2005 10:20 GMT14
Its been said manufacturers scrape for every penny's saving, yet I see
fancy wheels on trucks that must cost hundreds of dollars each.
Would you not be happier with having plain Jane steel wheels on your truck
and having GM and Ford put the thousand dollars instead into what is ...
