Is this an example of a stuck sensor or would this be a possible problem with
the actual brakes?  I don't want to cause damage to the car, but also don't want
to bring the car in just to have them reset the computer code and tell me that
it's something I can do myself.

I am trying to change the water pump on a 99 jimmy, I took off the bolts
holding on the pulley thinking they were for the fan/clutch, but they
werent. so how do I get the fan off? On the shaft there is what looks like a
