I have a 2004 Chevy HD with the Duramax engine (LLY version if it matters)
and the Allison Transmission with which I pull a 5th wheel camper.  We go

their biggest customer was a local refinery who uses it in hi test(93
octane) gasoline. Wonder what that acid does for the gas? Is it a cleaner or

as you all know , i test drove my new (hopefully) suburban today and noticed
a second tray for a battery.
this is pretty neat, so let me ask yall, what do you use it for? the second
battery? mini freezer in the burb? an inverter?

I cannot get the chevy people to tell me why. They have even told me
they have never produced this van.

I posted below about the oil gushing in my 1999 G3500.I have it in the shop
and they say pressure is indeed blowing out the  oil filters. They want to
bypass the oil cooling lines  and cooler replacing that so my filter bolts
right to the block. They can't get the part till Tuesday ...

previous owner had mechanic replace brain box and fault lite still
indicated not working. this mechanic was shade tree. been told brakes have
to be bled and only dealer can perform bleeding on anti lock system. this
not 4wd. has v6 with autotran. any way to do without paying $200 to
