I've been off the grid for quite awhile, I noticed that you have been

Trying to hook up trailer lights. Is there a connecter to plug in a
taillight converter or do I have to splice into the wires?  I am unable to
find an adapter to use which would make me assume I must cut into the wires
and use a universal converter.

the iginition on a 1996 chevy surburban wont turn at ALL. How do u get it
to unlock period?

Was cleaning out an old file cabinet and ran across a brochure. Anybody
remember these? The advertising made some nice claims, like:
Increases Performance(doesn't everything?)
Delays Torque Converter Lockup(I think it actually did this)

The other night, I rounded a corner with high beams on and all of a
sudden, headlights shut off and dash lights dim. Clicked switch a couple
of times and all is fine. Again last night, driving along and headlights

I have a 1997 Chevy 1500 4X4 with headlight problems. The truck has the
daytime driving lights whish are on all the time. When I turn the
switch to turn the headlights on the headlights go out. The parking
lights are still on and all signals and brake lights work. To drive at

I'm thinking I may want to put a ext. cab ont the frame of a 1500 with
a std. cab. Does anyone know if the mounts are the same or have any
advice. 1989 ext. cab and a 1990 std. cab frame. Both long box. and
I'll probably put a deck on the back.

happened. Tried immediately again and it started, but clock reset tp
12:00 . I reset clock. tried to tighted all battery cables but they
were tight. I undid them and cleaned them but they were not dirty.

  I recently rebuilt a small block 350.  Its bored 60 over. I put a truck
cam, mild performance for torque, edelbrock aluminum performer intake,
edelbrock 600 cfm carb, and roller rockers.  

Looking for a cheap place to buy factory plugs for a 2001
Does any body know of one? $8.00 a plug seems awful stiff to me.

I have a 98 6.5L TD 1/2 ton that wont start. The other day and it ran fine
just as it always has.  When I went to start it the next morning it would
not start not even spit and sputter.  The glow plug indicator is coming on
but even if they werent after enough cranking it should ...
