Friend of mine 2000 miles away from me  has a 1999 suburban , for over a
year now , on cool damp days (around freezing temp + -  5 degrees ) it is
hard starting , have been to several mechanic shops  and spent over 1500 and
still same prob...new.plugs, wire, fuel filter air cap ...

Okay here's my problem.  When I get in my truck at night, start it, and
then turn my headlight switch to "on" it takes the lights about 10 seconds
to come on.  Also, when they do come on, my voltage meter goes down, and
all my interior lights dim.  Do I need a new alternator? With ...

When I reach about 40 MPH my van starts making this loud humming
sound. I took it to my mechanic and he said it was the right front
wheel bearings. I rode with him when he drove it, and getting over
into the left lane and then quickly turning right the noise goes away.

Wife's trailblazer selector switch is dead.  No lights, no changing to 4WD.
I noticed this a couple of days ago when we were actually in the truck at
the same time.  About 6 months ago, we had the transfer case module replaced
because it would intermittantly change the lights ...

Engine sometimes floods when starting. Fuel injectors and fuel pressure
regulator have been replaced along with entire engine rebuild. Torque
converter does not lock up until 110km per hour, loaded or not. Any
suggestions on what to do?
