2003 S-10 Pickup, Wiper Delay06 Sep 2006 20:33 GMT6
Same old problem that I had with my older Chevy trucks.
Wiper delay does funny things..Is the wiper delay board still mounted
in the wiper motor case?  The motor unit seems smaller then the older square
ones. The delay is the same on all delay positions.

S-10 gas pedal problem06 Sep 2006 17:35 GMT1
DH has a 2000 S-10 V-4
His gas pedal keeps getting disconnected. Following the wire with my
hand, I could feel that there's a hook-like thing that the wire came
loose from and I could feel stuff (ok, it felt like beads) on that wire

98 Silverado Brake Light Problem06 Sep 2006 16:24 GMT3
I have a 1998 Silverado Z71. Last week, my brake lights, rear turn signals
and rear hazard lights stopped working. The front lights work as they
should. The fuses are good and the bulbs are good as well (when I turn my
headlights on, the rear lights up). My first thought was that ...
Electric choke question06 Sep 2006 13:53 GMT10
I have an '81 Chevy with a 4 barrel carb, and an electric choke.  I had the
carb rebuilt last summer, and it has been working great up until about a
month ago.  Cold starts, as in, first start of the day, I always used to
press the pedel to the floor and release it, then turn the ...
Help with my Dad's truck05 Sep 2006 23:36 GMT3
My Dad's pickup 1990, 1/2 ton- has a grand total of 33,000 miles on it.
It just developed a engine issue. The engine will not idle- and it does
not have any power when accelerating. I have ruled out EGR, PVC. I
checked the cap and rotor.
Timing for Chevy 45405 Sep 2006 23:34 GMT1
I am looking for something simple and for the life of me cannot locate it.
All I am looking for is the Timing Spec for a Chevy 454 at sea-level. It is
nothing fancy, no a/c, has ps, pb and that is it. It is a 1985 454 sitting
in a C30 Chevy truck.

94 S10 Blazer 4x4 transmission vacuum lines05 Sep 2006 13:55 GMT3
I recently purchased a 94 S10 Blazer 4x4. While performing various maintinance/service, I noticed the 3 vacuum
lines, that go to the vacuum switch on top of the transmittion/transfer case, were rotten and barely held
together.
My question is, where do these three lines go?  Is ...
Chevy S10 annoying rattle05 Sep 2006 07:35 GMT14
Our truck started having an annoying rattle which seems to be coming
from the passenger door up along side the dash.  If we drive with the
door open slightly,  we do not hear it.  We stuck some foam rubber in
under the door panel and it did not help at all.   Does anyone know

Actuator Cable05 Sep 2006 07:02 GMT1
I am in need of a replacement cable that goes from the actuator (under the battery) to the front diff.
This is for my 94 S10 Blazer 4x4 (electronic). Should my local parts store carry this part?
